RX Men/Women :
*Very efficient at all barbell movements/complex at 135/95.
*capable of all cf gymnastic movements
*comfortable with DL 225+/185+ for reps
RX division will be challenged with diverse movements. Those who can keep intensity high while maintaining composure under load will be rewarded.
SC Men/Women :
*capable of pull-ups
*can perform barbell movements at 95/65
*comfortable with DL 165+/105+ for reps
Scaled division programming will keep the wod formats very close to RX. different scaling movement/methods will be used to keep athletes safe and efficient however the output will remain the same.
